The service requires a user to enter a unique organization identification number, unique username and unique password when they log on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access and insure appropriate use of the data. The Service is hosted at Interliant, a state-of-the-art hosting facility in Atlanta, GA, a major communications hub. This facility provides 24-hour security personnel, video surveillance cameras, and access control systems. The facility maintains redundant power management – Uninterruptible Power Supply, temperature and humidity control, and state-of-the-art fire suppression systems. Additional security methods are Secure Socket Layer Data Encryption technology (SSL), host and network-based intrusion detection system, regularly scheduled backups, and offsite storage.
